Celebrating Gladys Mitchell at the Clothes in Books website!

Over at the Clothes in Books website, Moira Redmond has been celebrating The Great Gladys with blog posts and observations on the author, her detective, and her many Mrs Bradley detective novels. Moira gave a presentation with author Len Tyler at the spring 2021 Bodies from the Library conference about Mitchell and her books, and on her website she is revisiting many of the Mrs Bradley stories and exploring themes, characters, settings, tone, and sartorial choices of the author and her most memorable detective, the sometimes riotously attired Beatrice Adela Lestrange Bradley.

If you haven't yet checked out the Clothes in Books site, I encourage you to do so. The links provided here will bring up the posts about Gladys Mitchell, but you should also spend time looking through all of the amazing articles and images that Moira has created and curated on her site. It's always great to see writers and fans continue to celebrate the GM and her books!
